Hospital Gives Grants To North Shore Nonprofits

The grants will support North Shore and Cape Ann community-based non-profits.

BEVERLY, MA - From Lahey Health: Beverly and Addison Gilbert Hospitals today announced the distribution of $70,000 in grants to several local community-based non-profit organizations. These grants will allow these non-profit organizations to develop, expand or implement programs that address the most pressing health care needs facing local communities.

“We applaud the grant recipients for the important work they do every day and the meaningful impact they have on the health of our community,” said Nancy Palmer, Chair, Board of Trustees, Beverly and Addison Gilbert Hospitals. “It is a privilege to collaborate with our community partners in a shared commitment to provide programs and services that enhance the health and well-being of our community.”

The grant recipients and programs outlined below address the health priorities identified in the most recent Community Health Needs Assessment completed by Beverly and Addison Gilbert Hospitals: behavioral health, maternal and child health, elder health and chronic disease.
