MP Promotes Jennifer Reis To Chief Operating Officer

MP, a human capital management (HCM) company focused on transforming the employer-employee relationship and experience, has promoted Jennifer Reis to Chief Operating Officer. Reis joined MP as the Vice President of Implementation and Product Management in November 2020.

In her new role, Reis is responsible for scaling the organization for growth and providing leadership aligning with the company’s overall strategic vision and business plan.

Reis has twenty years of leadership experience in HCM and payroll. She held various leadership roles at Paychex for twenty years before joining MP.

Reis, who resides in St. Petersburg, Florida, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
