Friday, April 24
At 6:47 p.m., shoplifting reported on Dodge Street.
At 7:08 p.m., disturbance on Folger Avenue. Loud noise inside the house reported. Party was upset after returning from his doctor because he is on oxygen and can’t smoke.

At 7:34 p.m., parking complaint on Cabot Street. Motor vehicle completely blocking a private driveway. Homeowner tried to find owner of the vehicle at all the local business, but had no luck. Vehicle towed.
At 9:16 p.m., loud group around an outside fire pit on Dane Street. One man arrested on warrants out of Salem District Court.

Saturday, April 25
At 12:15 a.m., loud party on Mason Street. off-campus Endicott College party. Approximately 75 to 100 people inside the house. All parties were cooperative and respectful.
At 1:00 a.m., hazard on Bridge Street and Western Avenue. large water main break. DPW crew dispatched for emergency detail.
At 12:19 p.m., accident with property damage on Cabot Street and Wallis Street.
At 6:37 p.m., hit and run on Clifton Avenue. Arrest.
At 8:44 p.m. hazard on Essex Street and Meadow Road. Possible gunshot sound turned out to be a motor vehicle backfiring. Vehicle towed.
Sunday, April 26
At 1:07 a.m., motor vehicle stop on Rantoul Street and Pleasant Street. Brenda Lee Patrick, 49, of Beverly, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor, failure to have an inspection sticker and unsafe operation of a motor vehicle.
At 2:06 a.m., suspicious activity on cabot Street. party slumped over wheel of a motor vehicle. Party sent walking to the top of Hilltop Drive to his family’s home.
At 5:51 a.m., barking dogs on Cogswell Avenue. Reporting party stated that his neighbors let out their dogs every morning at 5:30 a.m., Dogs continuously bark in their yard. The barking dogs wake the reporting party’s family every day. He has spoken to the neighbors, and it continues to happen. He was advised to contact the animal control; officer for assistance.
At 8:24 a.m., suspicious activity on Manor Road. Plants thrown on a car. Reporting party found five or six plants consisting of flowers and dirt on the hood of his car.
