Weekend Storm Forecast Postpones Beverly Police Car Show
The nor'easter could bring heavy rain and 60+mph winds to Massachusetts.
BEVERLY, MA — The looming early season nor'easter forced the postponement of the annual Beverly Police Car & Food Truck event scheduled for Lynch Park on Sunday.
The event has been postponed until Oct. 18 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
"We appreciate your understanding and hope to see you there," Beverly police said. "Please help us spread the word."

The 5th annual event lineup included a DJ playing 50s and 60s music, local food trucks, a 50/50 raffle and exclusive 2026 Beverly Police Car Show patches available for purchase.
There was also to be a police cruiser light-off and K9 demonstration.

All makes and models are welcome for the car show, and vehicle entry is $15, with payment accepted by cash or Venmo only.
Admission for spectators is free.
Proceeds from this year's show will benefit the North Shore Warriors Powerlifting Program, according to the announcement.
