Popular Boston Beer Gardens Return With New Drinks, Food Trucks
Night Shift's seasonal locations will reopen across the city this week.
BOSTON, MA — A popular beer garden brand is opening its seasonal locations across the city this week.
Night Shift announced that its beer gardens at the Esplanade, in Allston and Dewey Square will reopen until late fall. To kick off the season, the business said it's celebrating with some releases.
Those include a sour ale called Rickey Sour, a Maifest lager called Mai Day, a double IPA called Double Parked, and a new non-alcoholic beverage line called Levity.

Night Shift will also return its favorites, including its Whirlpool Hazy Pale Ale, Santilli IPA, Fluffy Hazy IPA, and Nite Lite lager, along with rotating seasonal beers, sour ales, Hoot hard seltzer, house wines, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
In addition to drinks, a rotating lineup of food trucks will roll through the Esplanade and Allston locations this season.

Here are the hours and locations for each beer garden:
- Esplanade (between Berkeley and Clarendon streets along the Storrow Lagoon)
- Wednesday through Friday: 3 p.m. to dark
- Saturday and Sunday: Noon to dark
- Tuesdays are added during June through September
- Allston (Herter Park along the Charles River)
- Thursday and Friday: 3 p.m. to dark
- Saturday and Sunday: Noon to dark
- Wednesdays are added during June through September
- Thursday and Friday: 3 p.m. to dark
- On The Greenway (Dewey Square near South Station)
- Tuesday through Friday: 3 p.m. to dark
- Saturday: Noon to 5 p.m.
