BOSTON, MA — A Level 3 sex offender already facing charges related to recording children at Frog Pond is facing dozens of additional charges, according to a report from NBC10 Boston.
Mark Sullivan, 60, of Brockton, is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Boston Municipal Court on 69 additional charges related to photographing the intimate parts of a child. The charges involve approximately 15 children between the ages of 2 and 8, according to the report.
Sullivan has remained in custody since his arrest last month and was previously ordered held on $250,000 bail. He was arrested following an Aug. 14 incident at Frog Pond, where police said witnesses reported seeing him record children using camera-equipped sunglasses and his cellphone.
Sullivan reportedly recorded a family attempting to change their children while they were wrapped in towels for privacy and followed them when they moved away. After being confronted, Sullivan allegedly attempted to break the sunglasses.
Prosecutors said Sullivan has a lengthy criminal history involving inappropriate images of children, including a 10- to 15-year prison sentence in 2009 for possession of child pornography.
