Arbella Insurance Group Employees Celebrate Diwali

Arbella Insurance Group employees recently celebrated Diwali, the Hindu festival of lights, with an in-office festival for employees who honor the holiday. The day's celebrations were organized by Arbella's IT and Actuarial departments, along with their Diversity and Inclusion Council. An afternoon filled with decorations, sweets, and traditional Diwali attire was enjoyed by respective members of Arbella team.

These celebrations foster a strong sense of community and unity, allowing us to share our unique backgrounds and cultures with one another. Personally, it’s a wonderful way for me to celebrate the festival of lights even while being far from home. Each year, the Diwali festivities bring new energy and joy to our workplace, and seeing colleagues come together in traditional attire highlights the importance of connection and cultural appreciation,” says Karthika Chidambaranathan, the Arbella employee behind the yearly celebration.
