Beloved Taqueria Expanding In MA, Offering $3.50 Burritos For Opening Day: Cheap Eats
A popular Mexican eatery is opening its 14th location this month and offering major discounts to celebrate.
BOSTON, MA — A beloved Mexican eatery known for its burritos, tacos and quesadillas is opening its 14th location this month and offering major discounts to celebrate.
Anna’s Taqueria will open its doors in South Boston on May 26. To welcome guests to the new location, the restaurant will serve its legendary SUPER burritos at original 1995 prices for one day only.
The eatery will open at 457 West Broadway and operate daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The 3,000-square-foot dining space will feature high-top communal tables, booths and traditional seating for 36 guests.

On opening day, Anna’s Taqueria will offer its SUPER burrito, made with a 12-inch fresh flour tortilla customized with cheese, rice, beans, lettuce and more. The burritos will be sold at the restaurant’s original 1995 price of $3.50.
There will also be a prize wheel, a Magic Mirror Photo Booth with keepsake photos and Anna’s swag, including stickers and tote bags.

The restaurant also said its first 100 guests on May 26 will receive a limited-edition Anna’s Southie T-shirt.
Inspired by San Francisco’s Mission District, Anna’s Taqueria says it brings the flavors of Mexican street food to local communities. After recently opening its first Rhode Island location in Cranston, the restaurant plans to expand into New Hampshire this summer with a new location in Concord.
