Duck Boat Crash In Boston Sends 1 To Hospital
Witnesses say they don't think the duck boat was at fault.

BOSTON, MA — A woman was taken to the hospital Thursday after a duck boat crashed into a car at the corner of State and Congress streets near the Old State House.
Photos and video show the front of one of the tourist machines appears to have T-boned the driver side of a white car. The name on the side of the green duck boat appears to be “Liberty Teresa.”
A bystander told a reporter that the duck boat driver appeared to be “100% concentrating on the road.”

That's key because state law requires drivers to either operate the duck boat or give a tour, but not both simultaneously.
The company told reporters the crash as “minor” in a statement, adding it didn't look like it was the driver's fault.

“We can confirm that there was a minor accident at the corner of State and Congress. There were no injuries,” the company told WBZ. “Unconfirmed reports from witnesses on site said the Duck[boat driver] was not at fault.”
This comes after a duck boat sunk in stormy weather in Missouri, killing 17 last month and two years after a duck boat crashed into a woman on a motorized scooter in Boston.
