Man Spits On, Assaults Older Guy On Red Line: Transit Police
Police said they charged Wayne Wallace with punching an older man several times and then spitting on him.

BOSTON, MA — Transit Police arrested a man accused of punching an older man on the Red Line so many times it sent him to the hospital.
Wayne Wallace, 39, of Boston was charged with assaulting someone over the age of 60, police said Wednesday, two days after the alleged assault.
On Sept. 3 around 10:30 p.m. a 75-year-old man was sitting on a train at JFK-UMass's station when Wallace came aboard, stood over the older man and hit him several times and spit on him before running off, witnesses told police.

When police arrived they said visible wounds to the older man's face required a transport to the hospital.
