Boston/Milton Granite Avenue Drawbridge Closed For Repair
The Granite Avenue Drawbridge will be closed for repairs during overnight hours tonight and Saturday. And that means the I-93 ramps, too.

BOSTON, MA – Got someplace to go near the Boston, Milton line? Be warned: The Granite Avenue Drawbridge will be closed to all car traffic between the hours of 8 p.m., and 5 a.m., on Friday, April 27, as well as Saturday, April 28.
The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) said during this time, Exit 11B on I-93 southbound and Exit 11 on I-93 northbound will also be closed and detour routes will be in place. All lanes on I-93 north and southbound will remain open throughout these operations.
"These traffic impacts are necessary to allow crews and contractors to safely and effectively make repairs to the bridge," said MassDOT.
