BTT Boston Has Success at the New York Fall IBJJF Championship!

New York Fall International Open IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship was held on November 17th & 18th, 2018 at the Nat Holman Gym (CCNY) 160 Convent Ave., New York, NY 10031. The IBJJF is one of, if not the most prestigious Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournaments out there, with New York having some of the most elite competition.

Gilvan Gomes, Levi Moura and Gabriel Aguiar Costa are trained by Professor Daniel Gazoni at Brazilian Top Team Boston (BTT Boston). They traveled to the New York tournament to test themselves against some of the best Jiu Jitsu competitors. Gilvan Gomes, a BTT black belt achieved a gold medal in the super heavy weight, black belt Gi division and a silver medal in his NoGi division. Levi Moura, took home a gold medal in the super heavy weight, adult, purple belt division in the Gi. Mr. Moura also earned a gold medal in the NoGi, super heavy weight, adult, purple belt division and third place in the open class, adult purple belt division. Gabriel, a BTT blue belt, attained gold medals in his Juvenile, heavy weight, Gi division and the open class division.

It was weekend of winning for BTT Boston.
