Meet Boston, the official destination marketing and sales organization for the Greater Boston area, will host its annual Regional Career Fair on April 28, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The Westin Copley Place in Boston. REGISTRATION  for this FREE EVENT is now open and will connect hundreds of students and job seekers with top hospitality and tourism employers in the region, providing an invaluable opportunity to explore exciting career options and connect with industry leaders. 

The Career Fair is produced in partnership with Conan Harris & Associates (CHA), Meet Boston’s strategic partner in executing broader Workforce Development and Supplier Diversity initiatives.

“Workforce development for the tourism sector is a critical part of our mission at Meet Boston, helping to ensure a robust visitor economy,” said Martha J. Sheridan, President and CEO of Meet Boston. “The travel and hospitality industry is booming in Greater Boston.There are hundreds of open positions to fill, especially throughout 2026 as our region hosts major events including FIFA World Cup 2026, Massachusetts 250 celebrations, Sail Boston and more. The time is now to connect prospective employees with leading hospitality businesses as we strive to build more equity, access and opportunity within the travel industry.”

     

“Building on the success of last year’s Career Fair, we’re proud to partner again with Meet Boston to connect diverse job seekers with the tourism and hospitality industry,” said Conan Harris. “With consistent engagement from our hotel partners, this Career Fair continues to expand access to meaningful employment and long-term career opportunities across the industry.”

More than 50 employers participated in last year’s Meet Boston Career Fair and there is an expectation for even more businesses to participate this year – including hotels, restaurants, casinos, entertainment venues, sports teams, destination management companies, tourism and attractions, meetings and conventions, travel and transportation, and more. Both students and job seekers at all levels are welcome – internships, entry-level, full-time and part-time, whether they’re hailing from trade schools, certificate programs or colleges.

The event will kick off at 11 a.m. with welcome remarks from Conan Harris, Principal and Founder of Conan Harris & Associates; Martha J. Sheridan, President and CEO of Meet Boston; and John Barros, Executive Director of the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to: 

  • Receive FREE headshots, complete with complimentary hair and makeup
  • Network with industry professionals
  • Schedule on-site job interviews 
  • Participate in professional development workshops:
  • 11:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.: Charting Your Course: Navigating the Path from Entry-Level to Leadership in Hospitality & Tourism 
  • 12:30 p.m. - 1:15 p.m.: Resume Building and Utilizing Social Media for Professional Development
  • 1:30 p.m. - 2:15 p.m.: Excelling in Customer Service 

Note: There will be an ASL Interpreter available for workshops
