Collaborative Cooking: Interactive Dining Experience at il Molo

North End restaurant offers guests the chance to takeover dining areas for a chef-inspired cook-off led by Executive Chef Pino Maffeo.

As you begin planning your next event or company outing, the North End’s il Molo wants to take the event planning off your plate and allow you to channel your inner Top Chef this holiday season. Make this year’s holiday party a little extra special by reserving the entire waterfront restaurant for a unique private dining experience and cooking class led by il Molo’s award-winning, Executive Chef Pino Maffeo.

Collaborative Cooking is an interactive, reception-style cooking party that allows guests to test their culinary skills while learning from the pros themselves and serve as the ultimate icebreaking party option for corporate functions, team-building activities or family gatherings this holiday season.

Catering to parties as intimate as 10 or as large as 40, groups are divided into teams, which rotate through three stations: a cocktail station, a savory station and a dessert station – teams will be awarded points as they rotate through each station that will then be tallied up over a special lunch prepared by Chef Pino Maffeo. One team will earn bragging rights and be dubbed the winner at the end of the party.
