Coronavirus In MA: 1,334 New Cases, 24 Additional Deaths
There are now more than 11,000 confirmed cases of coronavirus in the Bay State, with the largest concentration in Middlesex County.

BOSTON — There were more than a thousand new cases of the coronavirus in Massachusetts on Saturday and 24 additional deaths, bringing the total number of cases to 11,736 and deaths to 21, the state's Health Department reported.
More than 5,800 tests were processed, bringing the total number to 68,800.
Saturday's increase in cases was slightly less than the 1,436 reported on Friday; the same is true for fatalities. The deaths reported on Saturday were in people with ages ranging from 60s to 90s, and approximately half had confirmed preexisting conditions.
