The FAA said it planned to investigate, and notified State Police. State police said because it did not appear to interfere with the aircraft and the drone appeared to be far enough away from the airport, they were not investigating.
An unmanned aircraft system (UAS), sometimes called a drone, is an aircraft without a human pilot onboard – instead, it is controlled from an operator on the ground.
