Dunkin’ Flavored Yogurt Hits The Shelves
Yoplait and Dunkin' just teamed up to offer yogurt and doughnut fans something a bit new.

BOSTON, MA — You could easily find yourself at Dunkin' choosing between the Apple Fritter, Boston Kreme Donut or Cinnamon Coffee Roll. But now, General Mills and Boston-area based Dunkin' have teamed up to bring that decision to you in the form of something that's not exactly a doughnut.
How about a yogurt?
It looks like there are four new flavors of Yoplait based on Dunk's classic doughnuts and a French Vanilla latte and according to @ThreeSnackateers on Instagram, they're already showing up on the shelves at Walmart:

It's unclear just why they decided to branch out. But a spokesperson from Dunkin' says this is the first Dunkin’-flavored Yoplait yogurt.
And the flavors will be launched nationwide in major grocery and mass retailers beginning this month in the yogurt aisle. But the spokesperson said they are limited edition flavors and will be available while supplies last.

Will there be any other food partnerships like this in the grocery stores?
"We are always exploring new items to excite our fans, but have no additional news to share at this time," said the spokesperson.
The move comes as the iconic Boston-area coffee and doughnut shop is undergoing a few changes>> Dunkin' Donuts Officially Announces Name Change.
Dunkin' representatives earlier said they hope to appeal to younger customers with the name change, which will not change the orange-and-pink color scheme adopted in 1973. Franchises are in on the changes, too; last year franchise owners announced a multi-million dollar investment to make over 30 Boston-area restaurants by the end of 2018.
Patch has reached out to Dunkin and General Mills representatives, we'll update with information as more becomes available.
