BOSTON – The Small Business Administration (SBA) has named Executive Career Success LLC the 2024 Microenterprise Business of the Year for Massachusetts.
Kim Meninger is the founder of Executive Career Success LLC, a business that offers leadership coaching, consulting and speaking services. Her work is focused on making it easier to be human at work. Kim believes that what holds us back in the workplace is rarely our ability to do the work itself – it’s the fears, doubts and insecurities we bring to our interactions with others.
