Swet Studio Indoor Rowing Classes in Boston's South End

Swet Studio, Boston's AntiGravity Aerial Yoga and Indoor Rowing Fitness Studio, is Hosting Group Rowing Classes on Sunday Morning

Swet Studio™ Boston's aerial, rowing, and fitness studio located in the South End, is offering indoor group rowing classes for all levels on Sunday morning, February 12th, between 9 a.m. and noon.

Indo-Rowing®, provides a heart pumping workout synced to motivating music. The class captures all the elements of competitive on-water rowing, creating a class that is fast-paced and engaging. From “Skills and Drills” to “Waves and Recoveries,” and the final buildup to a friendly, but competitive “Race,” Indo-Row® quickly converts first timers to devoted team members. Says, Silviya Mihaylova, a former competitive crew coach and Swet Studio’s manager, a 50 minute workout can burn up to 1200 calories, twice as much as many spinning classes:

“This is a great alternative to spin classes or other forms of cardio because in addition to burning calories, it builds strength, stamina, and whole body muscle tone.Rowing totally kills it!”

According to Mihyalova, the studio was created with belief that it should be more than just a place to go and workout, but a place to make friends, who share common interests and an active lifestyle. “Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, ultimately it is a place to have fun and get fit.”
