MA Weather Forecast: Severe Thunderstorm Watch Extends Into MA
Forecasters are warning of dangerously bad weather - including potentially hail and lightening. Here is when to expect it.

A hazardous weather outlook has been issued for all of Massachusetts as forecasters warn of severe thunderstorms Tuesday. A severe thunderstorm watch has extended from the west into the Bay State as dangerously bad weather threatens the region.
The greatest concern right now is for Western and Central Massachusetts, but the rest of the state "can not be ruled out," the National Weather Service said. "Scattered severe thunderstorms are possible Tuesday afternoon and evening ... roughly between 2 and 9 pm," the NWS said.
Interior Massachusetts needs to be ready for the potential of isolated large hail and heavy wind gusts. In Western and Central Mass., there is even risk of an isolated tornado, according to forecasters.

The amount of rain could give way street flooding no matter where you are in Massachusetts, and the storms could see "dangerous cloud to ground lightning," the NWS said.
