'Patriots Day': Extras Needed for Movie About Boston Marathon Bombing
Dorchester's Mark Wahlberg is set to star in the film.

BOSTON, MA — "Patriots Day", a film about the Boston Marathon bombings and the response from authorities, is seeking local extras. Boston Casting will be holding an open call on Sunday, Mar. 13 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 129 Braintree Street in Allston.
The producers are seeking general extras over the age of 18, police and SWAT team officers, firefighters, doctors, nurses, paramedics, and marathon runners.

The movie stars Dorchester native Mark Wahlberg.
The job shoots from Mar. 29-May 31. Attendees are asked to bring a photo of themselves.
