Missing Easton Teen's Body Found In Boston Parking Garage

BOSTON — The body of Jared Etienne, the 19-year-old from Easton who had been missing since Wednesday, was found inside a Boston parking garage on Huntington Avenue on Monday morning.

Police said Etienne's body was found in a vehicle. "We regret to announce that early this morning the Boston Police Department located Jared deceased in his vehicle," Easton police said. "Our thoughts and prayers are with Jared's family."

Police, firefighters and hazardous materials crews responded to the parking garage at 110 Huntington Ave. just after 3:30 a.m. Monday.

Some hotel guests said they were awakened by an alarm, but no one was evacuated from the building.

Boston police have not revealed the cause of death and said there is no threat to the public.
