Route 28/Main Street Information Meeting Tuesday

The Metropolitan Area Planning Commission is set for its final presentation with recommendations to the Community Planning Commission for the Route 28/Main Street economic development/land use study.

The presentation will take place Tuesday night at 7:30 in Town Hall, Room 14.

According to the MAPC, "The plan will consist of build-out analysis focusing on a group of underutilized parcels at the two intersections of Routes 28 and 62, as well as a market analysis for retail, housing and office uses that could be supported."

Expected are regulatory and policy recommendations and development build-out analysis.
