Top 100 Schools In MA For 2019: New List

How's this for comprehensive: Now you can find out if your district has the best schools of any grade level, public and private, in Massachusetts.

Niche.com, which specializes in all different types of rankings, released a new 2019 list slightly different than its usual rankings. This time around, Niche ranked what it says are the top 100 schools in Massachusetts, including both private and public schools, and spanning elementary, middle and high schools. (See the full list below.)

In this list, Niche prefers private schools. The top entry was a private high school, Phillips Academy in Andover, and it was immediately followed by five more.

The first public school was the Massachusetts Academy of Math & Science in Worcester at No. 7. The next public school was Lexington High at No. 18.

An elementary school didn't make the list until East Boston's Edward W. Brooke Charter School at No. 59.
