Town and The City Festival Returns to Downtown Lowell April 30–May 2
More than 50 musical acts, comedy, and literary events are set for venues across the city during the three-day festival.

The Town and The City Festival, Lowell’s annual celebration of music, arts, and community, returns for its seventh edition April 30–May 2, 2026, with more than 50 musical acts, comedy, and a literary event spread across venues throughout downtown.
