2018 Boston Pride Parade [Photos, Video]

The 2018 Boston Pride Parade did not disappoint.

BOSTON, MA — The 48th annual Boston Pride parade marched through Boston and down Charles Street and up Beacon right into City Hall Plaza where the party continued until 6 p.m. Thousands of people came out for the event - and with them plastic whistles. The weather was perfect for it, too.

The only hitch: A little after 4 p.m. two motorcycle cops and a pedestrian were injured in a bit of a crash along Beacon Street where Joy Street intersects along the Common. One officer told Patch they believed everyone was going to be OK, but that the two motorcycles had to be taken away.
