The bar you can leave Fenway Park to go have a drink before returning to the game is shutting down.

Who’s On First, the Yawkey Way establishment where a fan can show their ticket, go downstairs for a drink, and go back to your cramped seat, is closing.

Red Sox president Sam Kennedy apparently announced the decision Tuesday at a meeting between Red Sox officials and Fenway residents. He did not give a closing date.

The bar has attracted violence in recent years.

A man was shot and killed just outside the bar in November. Who’s On First has had to go before the city’s Licensing Board several times since 2001 for public safety concerns, according to The Boston Globe.
