• Sagamore Bridge rebuild could reroute part of Cape Cod Canal bike path (capecodtimes.com) — Bourne residents should know that MassDOT will present its Sagamore Bridge construction bike and pedestrian detour plan at a July 23 hearing at Bourne High School. The proposal could temporarily reroute part of the Cape Cod Canal Bikeway’s south side, which doubles as the Army Corps access road between the Sagamore and Bourne bridges, while noisy foundation testing continues weekdays through mid-summer. 
• Tracking where Vanderbilt baseball players, signees are playing summer ball in 2026 (tennessean.com subscription) — If you follow the Bourne Braves, several Vanderbilt standouts are headed your way this summer, including infielder Ryker Waite and pitcher Aiden Stillman.
