2017 Braintree Town Election: Voter's Guide

BRAINTREE, MA — Tuesday is Election Day in Braintree and that means a trip to the polls for local residents.

There are very few contested races in this year's election. Charles Ryan, Shannon Hume, and Sean Powers are all seeking reelection for their at-large seats while Braintree School Committee members Cyril Chafe and George Kokoros are up for reelection as well.

The District 6 councilor race has no one on the ballot and is strictly a write-in affair.

No candidates will appear on the ballot but Gerald DeGregorio and Tim Carey are running write-in campaigns.
