22-Year-Old Dies In Route 3 Motorcycle Crash
The crash occurred in Rockland in the early-morning hours.

ROCKLAND, MA — A 22-year-old Hanover man died in a motorcycle crash on Route 3 early Sunday morning, according to State Police.
The crash occurred shortly before 1:30 a.m. past Exit 14. Police said a 2013 Ford F150 was driving on Route 3 South in the right travel lane when it was struck from behind by a 2006 Suzuki GSXR600.
The driver of the motorcycle was pronounced dead the scene. His identity is being withheld.

The driver of the Ford, a 34-year-old man from Monument Beach, was not injured.
Route 3 South was shut down for nearly three hours.
