From the Braintree 4th of July Committee:
The Braintree July 4th Celebration Committee Inc. has officially kicked off its fundraising campaign and hopes the business and residents of Braintree will step forward and support the committee’s financial goal for the town’s 43rd Annual Independence Day Celebration.
The committee is a charitable 501c3 organization and as such, donations from businesses and individuals are tax deductible. The committee has developed a menu of options for businesses and individuals to become sponsors at all financial levels. “The committee is once again excited about the chance to partner with our businesses and offer them the chance to sponsor this great family fun event. This will generate positive advertising and publicity for their business and instill pride while supporting a great cause” committee chairman Sean Powers said. This year marks the 240th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
