Braintree Black Friday Hours

BRAINTREE, MA — With the South Shore Plaza, Best Buy and plenty of other large retail destinations, Braintree is well known as one of the best places to do Black Friday shopping on the South Shore.

The month-long Christmas rush starts when South Shore plaza opens up the mall lobby at 12:01 a.m., Friday, but stores inside won't open until 12:30 a.m.

If the midnight rush or morning isn't your thing, that's fine. You might miss out on some of the hot holiday items, but you can still do some shopping before the mall closes at 9 p.m.

Here are the Friday hours for some of the other big stores in town:

• Barnes & Noble: 8 a.m. to 1o p.m.
• Bed, Bath, and Beyond: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Best Buy: 1 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Burlington Coat Factory: 7 a.m. - 11 p.m.
• GameStop: 12:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• HomeGoods: 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
• HomeSense: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Marshall's: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Staples: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• TJ Maxx: 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
• Walmart: 1 a.m. to 10 p.m.
