Sullivan invites residents to attend the Town of Braintree Christmas Tree lighting on Thursday, December 11 at 4 p.m. at Town Hall.The event will start will inside Town Hall in the Cahill Auditorium with Christmas carols, hot chocolate and cookies.At 4:45 p.m. the tree, located outside of Town Hall, will be lit.As mentioned by Mayor Sullivan during the town's Pearl Harbor Remembrance ceremony on Friday, the tree will be a military tree that honors those who have and currently serve in the armed forces.The event is sponsored by Quincy Credit Union.
