Make sure to stop by early for hot chocolate, treats and a toy drive benefiting the Marge Crispin Center.

BRAINTREE, MA — The town is officially welcoming in the holiday season. Come to the town hall Thursday for Braintree's annual Christmas tree lighting.
The tree lighting begins at 4:45 p.m., but feel free to stop by at 4 p.m., for hot chocolate and other treats. The town hall is also expecting a visit from a certain North Pole resident.
There's also a chance to help some local families in need. Mayor Joe Sullivan said the town will collect unwrapped toys and donate them to the Marge Crispin Center.
