Braintree Coronavirus: Food, Supply Drive Scheduled
All food donations will benefit the Marge Crispin Center's food pantry, while protective gear will go to Braintree first responders.

BRAINTREE, MA — Thw Braintree Community Task Force has announced another food and personal protective equipment drive to help residents and first responders during the new coronavirus crisis.
The drive was scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday at Town Hall. Donations will be made through a drive up and drop off system.
All food donations will benefit the Marge Crispin Center's food pantry, while protective gear will go to Braintree first responders.

Check the expiration date on food items you plan on donating. If you are making a monetary or gift card donation, you may use the tax collectors drop box for those donations. All checks should be made out to The Marge Crispin Center with a memo note of “Task Force” on the check.
Town officials said the Marge Crispin Center remains open and has continued to operate from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday to Thursday. The center also offered food delivery service for residents over 70 or that have underlying health conditions.
