Braintree Girls Basketball D1 Semi-Final Game Postponed
Due to Tuesday's expected storm, the Wamps will play Wednesday at a new location
BRAINTREE, MA — The Braintree girls basketball team will have to wait an extra day to play their Division 1 state semi-final game against Andover.
The MIAA announced Tuesday that the game has been postponed due to Tuesday's expected snowstorm. The Wamps will play Wednesday at 8 p.m. at WPI in Worcester.
The Wamps were scheduled to play Tuesday at the TD Garden in Boston, but with the arena booked for the rest of the week, the game was forced to a new location.
