Braintree High School Winter Tryout Schedule

All Winter Sport Candidates must be academically eligible and have a completed and signed Interscholastic Permission/Registration/Medical Form, Pre-Participation Head Injury and Concussion Form, as well as an up-to-date physical examination (all students must pass a physical examination within thirteen months of the start of each season) on file in the Athletic Director’s
office. A copy of the Interscholastic Permission/Registration/Medical Form can be downloaded at: www.gpvillage.com/bhs.

Sports Physicals will be offered on Monday, November 21st, at 2:15 pm in the Nurse’s Office located on the first floor of Braintree High School. The cost of a Sports Physical is $ 10.00.
