A Braintree man has been arrested in connection to an indecent assault that took place on Aug. 20 in Cambridge.Andrew Ma, 39 was arrested on multiple warrants and has been charged with open and gross lewdness, indecent assault and battery and assault and battery <a href="http://www.necn.com/news/new-england/Man-Arrested-After-Exposing-Self-Asking-for-Sexual-Favor-272709991.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to NECN.</a>The warrants were issued after Ma asked a woman in Cambridge fixing her bicycle outside if she needed any help. The victim said no and walked away from Ma.Ma allegedly approached her again, asked for change for a $20, grabbed her by the wrist, touched her indecently, and asked for a sexual favor. Ma allegedly then went into a SUV, took off his pants, exposed himself, and performed a sexual act on himself.The victim fled the scene.
