Braintree Man Charged In Boston Murder
Thomas Frank Isaac, Jr., 21, was arrested Monday and charged with murder, armed home invasion, and armed robbery.

BOSTON, MA — A Braintree man has been arrested in connection to an alleged homicide in Boston.
Thomas Frank Isaac, Jr., 21, was arrested Monday and charged with murder, armed home invasion, and armed robbery. He is expected to appear in Dorchester District Court, according to the Boston Police Department.
At about 2:51 p.m. on Nov. 13, officers and Boston EMS responded to a call for an unknown medical incident inside 330 Bowdoin St. At the scene, officers made entry and located a deceased adult male victim, identified as Nelson Torres-Santa, 55, of Dorchester. A criminal investigation was launched after the death was later ruled a homicide.

A week later, Isaac was identified as a suspect and taken into custody without incident.
"In less than a week, my officers were able to work quickly and efficiently to gather evidence and make an arrest. I'm confident that they've built a strong case that will lead to a conviction of the suspect, so that the public may be assured that another dangerous individual is off the streets, " Police Commissioner William Evans said in a release.
