Braintree Man Faces 6th Drunken Driving Charge: Report
A Braintree man is facing his sixth drunken driving charge after a McDonald's employee called the cops.
BRAINTREE, MA — A Braintree man is facing his sixth drunken driving charge after getting arrested Monday afternoon. Manuel Pagan, 49, was charged with operating under the influence and driving with a suspended license. Around 12:30 p.m., an employee from the McDonald's on Pearl Street called police about a drunken driver.
Police told the Patriot Ledger they later found Pagan swaying next to his car on Washington Street. Pagan failed two of three field sobriety tests and refused a breathalyzer test, according to police.
Pagan was arraigned in Quincy District Court Tuesday and was ordered held on $10,000 bail.
