A Braintree man struck by a car in Falmouth has died from his injuries.

BRAINTREE, MA — A Braintree man struck by a car in Falmouth has died from his injuries.
Saturday night at about 6:50 p.m., emergency responders were called to 1205 Nathan Ellis Highway for a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle, according to the Cape Cod Times.
Witnesses told police that a Falmouth woman in a Lexus hit a man walking in the middle of the road. The man, identified as a 57-year-old Braintree resident, was taken to Falmouth Hospital with severe injuries.

Police have not released the victim's name.
The crash is under investigation.
