Braintree, MA – The fifth and final grand prize winner in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s $4,000,000 Jackpot instant game didn't have to travel far to pick up his prize.
Resident Ryan Cushing was recently at the Lottery's Braintree headquarters to pick up, as the game's name implies, the $4 million grand prize. He chose to collect his prize as a one-time cash payment of $2,600,000 (before tax withholdings). He told lottery officials that he plans on using his winnings to buy a house and a car, while putting the remainder aside for the future.
