Braintree Mayor Kokoros Gives Thanksgiving Weekend Update
A turkey trot, town office closures and more. Here's what to know in Braintree.

On Thursday, November 23rd, Thanksgiving Day and Friday, November 24th - all non-emergency Town buildings will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Trash and recycling curbside pick-up will be delayed by one day starting Thursday. Additionally, the Trash & Recycling Drop Off Center will be closed Thursday, November 23rd and open Friday, November 24th and Saturday, November 25th.

On Thursday, November 23rd the 24th annual Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot 5K will be held at Braintree High School at 8am. To register or for more information log on to
