Braintree Planet Fitness Opens Saturday

The new Braintree Planet Fitness will open Saturday.

The gym is located at 749 Granite St. It will open Saturday at 7 a.m.

The 20,000-square-foot club has over 100 pieces of cardiovascular equipment, including Arc Trainers, Full Body Elliptical machines and treadmills. The cardio deck has twenty 50-inch plasma televisions all wirelessly connected to each cardio machine.

The club also has multiple lines of circuit training equipment, a 30-minute express workout area, a 12-minute abs circuit, tanning booths and beds, hydro massage chairs, red light therapy, and private locker rooms.

Its hours will be:

• Monday-Thursday: 5 a.m.-11 p.m.
• Friday: 5 a.m.-9 p.m.
• Saturday/Sunday: 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
