The Braintree Whitesox face the Canton A's in the championship game of the Cranberry League Playoffs Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. at Rockland Stadium.
In the semi-fnals Wednesday, Braintree beat Easton 4-1 and Canton defeated Weymouth.
Braintree ended the season with a 21-3 record and with the Most Valuable Player (Anthony Melchionda) and Pitcher of the Year (Nick Asselin).
