2:56 a.m. - Luis Figueroa, 22, was arrested on West Street and charged with drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle and failure to wear a seatbelt. He also had an active warrant.

March 21

6:24 p.m. - Nelita Monteiro, 31, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with larceny over $250, receiving stolen property over $250, and trespassing.

March 22

5:50 p.m. - Michael Lopes, 20, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with shoplifting by asportation, second offense. He also had an active warrant.

8:42 p.m. - Chuks Aduba, 24,was arrested on Washington Place and charged with operating with a revoked license and speeding.

4:05 p.m. - Dorothy Holleman, 55, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with larceny over $250.
