December 19

3:39 a.m. - Devyn Randolph, 20, was arrested on John Mahar Highway and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and marked lanes violation..

2:13 p.m. - Two arrests were made on Grossman Drive. Seth Tangherlini, 34, and Sean Buckman, 34, were charged with possession of a Class A substance. Tangherlini was additionally charged with larceny under $250.

December 20

7:46 a.m. - Gary Coogan, 28, was arrested on Union Street and charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle.

12:20 p.m. - Kerry Charlotin, 27, was arrested on Union Street on two warrants.

December 21

8:50 a.m. - Paul Sweeney, 67, was arrested on JFK Memorial Drive and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a red light violation. He also had an active warrant.

6:21 p.m. - Police made two arrests on Granite Street. Arlene Lewis, 24, was charged with shoplifting by asportation and receiving stolen property under $250 and Shakia Richardson-Yancy, 22, was charged with shoplifting by asportation and receiving stolen property over $250.

9:12 p.m. - Police made two arrests on Granite Street. Kiara Pina, 20, was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and malicious destruction of property under $250, and receiving stolen property under $250 and Carlyne Lespinasse, 19, was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and two counts of malicious destruction of property under $250.
