George Decelle, 23, was charged with shoplifting by asportation and Jerry Yalmokas, 23, was charged with his second shoplifting by asportation offense.  8:47 p.m. - Christopher Keough, 23, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with shoplifting by asportation.  Image: file photo
