Braintree police are looking for a local man who has apparently left the state.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Raisul Kalam, 41, after he allegedly assaulted a person Friday morning and fled with his 3-year-old son according to WCVB.

Local authorities believe Kalmen left South Station on a bus to New York, arriving in Manhattan Friday evening.
Braintree Police Chief Russell Jenkins said his department is working with other agencies to locate the two.
