Braintree Ranked Among Top Suburbs in Massachusetts

Braintree is among the top suburbs in the Bay State, according to a new survey.

Niche, which ranks U.S. communities and colleges, recently released its list of the best suburbs in Massachusetts. Braintree was 34.

Part of a release of multiple surveys, the rankings were based on age demographics, school ratings, crime rates, affordable housing, child care, libraries, and grocery stores, among other factors.

Here’s the top 10:

1. Brookline
2. Lexington
3. Wellesley
4. Weston
5. Belmont
6. Sudbury
7. Acton
8. Wayland
9. Winchester
10. Concord
